Lemme tell you…there’s nothing that ticks me off
more than “serial refunders”.

You know who I’m talking about. These are people that
make it a habit to buy digital products…only to
request an immediate refund literally MINUTES later.

Obviously, there is no way they could have gone through
the product in the 8 minutes it took for them to
request a refund.

Heck, I recently read a stat that said that most people
who refund a product KNOW they are going to request
a refund before they buy!

Isn’t that nuts?

Most of the time, there’s nothing you can do about it
when you’re selling digital products. I mean, this isn’t
like a brick-and-mortar store where you have to return
the physical product before the refund is issued.

Digital products satisfy the need of the customer to
‘get it NOW”! But, there are a LOT of freeloaders who
abuse the system and think it’s OK to use the electronic
marketplace as a ‘virtual library’.
